Dear Friends – My name is
Vikash Sharma. Today i gave my
Ibps clerk 3 interview.As i have read many interview experiences and
learned a lot from that So it is my duty to told all of u my exp.

Cut off – 101)
City : Lucknow
Verification Process -This process is required to bring all the
documents that is told by
Ibps.During the verification , i was asked
some questions by the sir who was doing the same.It was really interesting to give
answers
of those questions in a confident and cheerful mood because it was just
like a practise before actual interview.
Please take it seriouslly but
with a confident smile.
My Interview – There were
3 Sir and a
Mam and
all of them were above 50.I entered and asked
permission to come in. After there permission ,
i told – “Good Evening mam , Good Evening sirs” .They told to sit and I
do the same and said thankyou sirs.Firstly they told me to give the answers in the
Hindi language Only as it is local language of U.P.
Questions asked in the interview :
1 – Tell us about urself ?(Asked by Mam)
My Ans – Mam , My name is
Vikash Sharma. I live in LUCKNOW. I passed my 10th and
10+2 with U.P.BOARD H.M..After that i completed mt betech with EEE.After
completing Betech , I got a job in a
private power company named XXX . I worked there for almost
6 months and learned a lot from there but i was never satisfied with my job so i resigned from the job and started preparing
for bank exams. I prepared the ibps clerk 3 exam for two months with full determination and that is why i am here . As far
as my Strengths are concerned , so i am Honest , good communication skill , always ready to help others.
2 – Why did you leave your job ?(Asked by Mam, F1)
My Ans – Mam , there r two reasons i would like to tell you . Firstly ,
it was a field job and i was never happy with a field job and
secondly after completing the work on field, i had to to do some extra
work on the room for 3 to 4 hours and this was really irritating.
3- Do you know something about revolution ?Tell some names of the Revolution happened in any country ?(Asked by Sir)
My Ans – Revolution of England , France Revolution (Interrupting me in between)
4- Tell me somthing about Russian revolution ?(Asked by Sir,M3)
My Ans – I was collecting the facts in my mind but He interrupted me and asked :
5-Tell some definite Reasons for a Revolutions?(Asked by Sir,M3)
My Ans – I was tryng to explain the reasons for a revolution to be happened in any country but He told me to give
answer
in one word only . I was unable so he told me that main reasons are –
“ARAJAKTA , CORRUPTION , etc”. He was little bit unhappy with me at that
time.
6-Tell me something about Madan Mohan Malviya ?(Asked by Sir,M2)
My Ans – He was a Thinker as well as a politician, He established a
University but i am unable to remember the name of the same.I said this
with full confidence – “i am unable to remember the name of the same”
7-Who is A.P.J. Abdul Kalam ? (Asked by sir , M3)
My Ans- He is a famous Scientist .He has been the president of India
.After 1 or 2 second i told , “He is also called the Missile man of
India”.
Ok! beta thank you, they told me this because my inter view was over. I stood up and told ,
“Thankyou Sirs , Thankyou Mam !”
They didnot ask any qus from Banking !
Note : Be Confident and dont be nervous during the interview especially when u r unable to give answer of their questions.Say
sorry with a confident voice !
My Strong points during Interview :→
1.I gave my interview with full confidence and in a cheerful manner .
2-My Sound was audible and that is very imp during the interview.If u r nervous , your voice can be affected .
My Weak points during the interview :
1-While giving the answer of a question , i tried to have a argument
with the sir(M3).I think it was my confidence but maybe ! he was not
happy at that time. My advice to all of you is that avoid argument
during your interview.But if u do that , then do with full politeness
and in a humble way.
2- During interview , my chair was roaming here and there and this was really bad but i managed after some time.
